The problem
Defects with no fixed shape, like a crack, a scratch or a broken bead, slip past sampling and tired eyes. They are found at the customer, or not at all.
How we solve it
OXO-DETECT puts smart cameras on the line, with the lens, light and fixture chosen for the part. Rule-based tools measure and compare; AI anomaly models learn what a good part looks like and flag what differs.
Every part is judged, and VisandTrace keeps the verdict, the measured values and the frame, so a rejected part can be looked at months later.
